All orders are processed from our distribution warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed using tracked shipping via DPD. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you change your mind with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please contact order@bamboofriends.ie

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Please take care when trying on items to ensure that no item is stained with make-up, deodorant etc. Items that are stained or worn will be returned to you.

Please include a note with your return indicating the reason for the return, your name, address and original order number (you will find this on the order confirmation email). If you want to exchange the product, please indicate what item and size you want to exchange for.

Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
